Websites that make people call you first.
Custom sites for small businesses across the Inland Empire. Built by one local person, live in about two weeks, starting at sixty nine dollars a month with nothing upfront.
Suffix Studio builds websites for small businesses and nonprofits across the Inland Empire, from $69 a month with no build fee, or $1,499 to own outright.
Every customer moves through the same four steps before they call you. Most small businesses have three of them working and one badly broken, and never find out which one.
- 01Find youThey search for what you do and your name comes up.
- 02Decide on youYour site convinces them you are the one worth calling.
- 03Reach youThey call or send a message without hitting friction.
- 04Hear backYou reply before they book somebody else.

What Gets Built
What that looks like in practice.
Not every business needs all four. We start where the biggest gap is.
Get found
Google Business Profile setup and optimization, local search fundamentals, a mobile-friendly site, Search Console and Analytics, and consistent business information everywhere.
Get chosen
Clear messaging, professional presentation on any screen, reviews and proof of work, service and pricing explained, and English and Spanish options where it helps.
Capture customers
Contact and estimate forms, online booking, tap-to-call and text actions, instant quote calculators, and landing pages for QR campaigns.
Follow up and grow
Automated inquiry responses, lead tracking, review request workflows, analytics reviews, and ongoing website improvements.
What you get
What comes with every site.
Every build includes these. The add-ons are optional, and priced on the pricing page so you can see them before you call.
A site built for your business
Fast, clear, and designed for a phone first, because that is where your customers are. Written for you, not filled with template text.
Found on Google
Built to be found from day one. Your Google listing set up and optimized is an add-on, so you only pay for it if you need it.
Leads that reach you
Your contact form is monitored every month, so enquiries never quietly stop arriving without anyone noticing.
Booking and online ordering
Let customers book a time or buy from you directly. Both are add-ons, so your monthly stays low if you do not need them.
Follow-up automation
Automatic confirmations, follow-up sequences and review requests, so nobody falls through while you're on a job.
Analytics and ongoing improvement
See what's actually bringing in work, and change the things that aren't.
English and Spanish experiences
A second-language version where your customer base calls for it, formatted and tested properly.
Supporting services and add-ons
Available with a build, not on their own.
Also available: on-site photography, social media setup, and campaign landing pages. Quoted per project.

Who You'd Be Working With
Steven Lopez

Suffix Studio is led by Steven Lopez, an Inland Empire web designer and a Lake Elsinore Valley Chamber of Commerce Ambassador.
Steven works directly with local business owners to find where potential customers are getting lost, whether that's a Google search that doesn't surface them, a website that doesn't answer the obvious question, an inquiry nobody responded to, or follow-up that never happened. Then he builds a practical system to close those gaps.
You work with him directly. There's no account manager, no handoff to a junior team, and no agency layer between you and the person doing the work.

Questions
Straight answers.
You may be able to build individual parts yourself. Website builders are capable, and plenty of owners put together a decent page.
The difference is that I work out what your business actually needs, connect the right tools to each other, write and organize the information customers are looking for, test the path a customer takes from search to contact, and stay available when something breaks. You're hiring someone to assemble and manage the system, not to open an account on your behalf.
You own the domain. You own or control the primary business accounts, and you get administrator access to them. You own the approved business content and assets, subject to any third-party licensing on things like stock images or fonts.
One honest caveat: a site built on a hosted platform stays dependent on that platform's subscription and terms. That's true of any builder, and I'll tell you upfront which parts of your setup work that way. What I won't do is hold your accounts hostage. If you leave, you leave with your accounts.
Accessibility is built into how I work: proper labels on form fields, keyboard navigation, readable color contrast, image descriptions and a logical heading structure. I'd describe that as accessibility-conscious design.
That's different from certified compliance. A formal accessibility audit and remediation is a separate service with its own scope and price. If that matters for your organization, say so early and I'll quote it.
Yes, as an add-on. I build, format and test the Spanish version and maintain it alongside the English one.
The Spanish wording itself has to be supplied or approved by you or a qualified translator. I won't describe machine translation as certified or professionally verified, because it isn't, and industry wording matters more than grammar in most businesses.
No, and be careful with anyone who does. What a system like this is designed to do is reduce missed inquiries, make follow-up consistent, and give potential customers a clearer path to reaching you. Those are things I can build and measure. Guaranteed sales, rankings or revenue are not.
Questions about cost, payment plans or what the monthly care plan covers are answered in full on the pricing page.
